That is a massive price jump to $599. The SE (3rd gen) was priced at $429.

Apple has completely killed off the only mid-tier phone they offer.

I know this is an edge case, but with my employer we can upgrade from the standard issue SE to the regular iPhone or Pro model for the difference in price and keep it after 24 months. In this case, that makes it a lot more attractive to get an upgrade since the premium is now lower :)

For 709 Euro, or 829 if you want somewhat decent storage, I expect A LOT more phone

Its also a massive size jump too. I've stuck with my iPhone 8 in large part because I just don't want a massive phone in my pocket. At this rate god only knows what i'll do when the 8 finally dies, most manufacturers followed the trend and got their phones to swell.
