I don't know if you can read, but saying that all independent regulatory agencies, even those approved by congress, are now magically fully controlled by the president, without restriction, doesn't exactly uphold the constitution, nor does it uphold our existing laws regarding how these agencies are approved/confirmed, funded, and operated.
Yeah, because they're in the executive branch. They always have been.
Can you cite the part of the constitution that states the executive branch has control over all interpretation of laws and functioning of agencies independently authorized by congress?
