Word of mouth can make or break a film, even without a marketing budget.
That too.
The point is, there's a lot of factors that go into whether or not a movie is successful. Just "being a good movie" isn't enough, especially not in this economy where people don't go to the movies as much as they used to.
My point is that a big marketing campaign certainly isn't enough.
