I don't think so, Russia/China getting what they want (the degredation of America) is more likely to avoid war. However it is one of the strongest signs yet that America won't be the main superpower when Trump "leaves office".
At best, should a responsible/intelligent leader return one day, there will be a protracted period of cold war like tensions and instability, as there has been before.
However recent events do seem to indicate that America's decline is rapidly accelerating.

It was, because someone might cause his death, but even if he stays, he's getting pretty old. I doubt he'll still be able to hold power in a decade. Everyone leaves office eventually.
You sound like the average American liberal. The fascist movement will not end with Trump. If you don't understand that already, I dunno what it will take to get your head outta your ass.
Trump is not making decisions. He is not deciding or directing anything the admin, or wider GOP, is doing. He is a pawn. He is not writing or reading any legislation. Lobbyists are. He doesn't read anything, and can't even read beyond a grade school level. He is a dementia patient who is a malignant narcissist. This is a corporate led fascist coup. Trump is just the symbolic figurehead / cult leader, and when he dies he will be replaced by another. It doesn't matter how effective the next guy is, the dictatorship is almost complete.
It's not a coup, he won the election... And they've already selected who will replace him; JD Vance, Peter Thiels candidate). But also, most of American politics was already being determined by lobbyists.
All that said, Trump has a cult of personality. Pretending like his replacement will just automatically have that in a way that's as compelling to conservatives and MAGA types makes you sound very average in your ability to understand, and like you have your head up your ass.
You may not like him, and may believe he can't read (despite his prolific Twitter activities, which he clearly writes himself), and no doubt you believe any number of other baited, easy to digest, easy to spread, easy to debunk, smooth brained conspiracy theories... But he is actually a populist.
Populists with a cult of personality get a certain result. Likewise, you don't spend that much time being mentored by Roy Cohn and not learn a thing or two about avoiding the law, and staying out of jail. I suspect Roy first floated the idea of Trump attempting a political career, an idea that's been public since the 1980s.
I hope this reply gets your rage boner going, you worm brained ignoramus.
