Be nice. Assume others have good intent (within reason).
Block or ignore posts, comments, and users that irritate you in some way rather than engaging. Report if they are actually breaking community rules.

Most 196 posts are memes, shitposts, cute images, or even just recent things that happened, etc. There is no real theme, but try to avoid posts that are very inflammatory, offensive, very low quality, or very "off topic".

Moderator Guidelines
Moderator Guidelines
- Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral.
- Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username.
- When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM.
- Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users.
- Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling.
- Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal.
- Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated.
- Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren't unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do.
- Don't rush mod actions. If a case doesn't need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. This is to say, cool down and make room for feedback.
- Don’t perform too much moderation in the comments, except if you want a verdict to be public or to ask people to dial a convo down/stop. Single comment warnings are okay.
- Send users concise DMs about verdicts about them, such as bans etc, except in cases where it is clear we don’t want them at all, such as obvious transphobes. No need to notify someone they haven’t been banned of course.
- Explain to a user why their behavior is problematic and how it is distressing others rather than engage with whatever they are saying. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply.
- First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary.
- Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”.
- No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.).
- Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback.
- Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.

Can anyone translate this into English?
The concept of butch/femme or masc/femme refers to how one presents themselves with regard to male/female gender norms. Things like makeup, heels, and pink are femme, while very short haircuts and sturdy work clothes are butch or masc.
Panel 1: That person is butch.
Panel 3: I will attempt to woo them.
Panel 4: Are you a butch person interested in sexual and/or romantic relations with another butch person?
But middle person is not butch
Yes, I believe this is part of the humor, as pretty much all of the proposed dialog is just as preposterous.
They have an interview so they dressed up femme for the day. Societal standards and whatnot. Should see em at the bar
I need the backward baseball cap with baggy shorts and a muscle shirt version of this WASP woman and I need it yesterday!
The butch word or the gen z slang?
Let's start with the basics:
As an American what is this "BUS STOP" they're sitting at?
You tell me, where i am from we don't have bus stops. You just jump and hold onto the bus when you see it coming(not /s)
I see, the bus stop happens when the bus runs out of gas.
I'm dead. You have fully killed me. Thank you, that was the laugh I needed tonight.
Yes.
Butch: Basically masc presenting person. Commonly (or at least where I'm at) used in relation more masculine fem presenting people. (But I think I may outdated, idk I'm old)
Rizz them up: (Bear with me, I'm still old.) Basically charisma (the rizz part), in this instance it's using one's chariama to interact with another in an attempt to swoon them. (I think)
Think of it like "cha-rizz-ma." It's just a slang abbreviation, using only the middle sound of "charisma."
Fellow old guy here, in my early 40s. I had to figure out where "rizz" came from before it really clicked for me.
Okay so I was right with both, but I felt like butch meant something new now, thabks!!
I could be wrong though
I'm what the youths call: ancient (I'm in my 30s)
Lol same.
Let's pretend I'm a dad in his forties
Flirtation is happening. And apparently a French cat is being spoken to
But why is Shrek
You can't just ask people why is shrek
Because in the original comic the woman in the middle explains to the girl that this is simply an ugly man and not a beloved cartoon character. The text has been altered.
