Yes, Indian food is incredible, we are in agreement there. The best biscuits, in our opinion, are Dark Chocolate Digestives (blue package), dunked in breakfast tea just long enough to soften the chocolate. I prefer 3 bites. She prefers to take the whole thing and sho.. Well, you get it.
This might be sweeter than you prefer, but there is a dark chocolate flavor: you familiar with Tim Tams? Or more specifically, the 'tim tam slam'?
Tim Tams yes (Australian, but they'll do haha), but never heard of the Tim tam slam...
Aight drop what you're doing and get some tim tams and your favorite tea (or coffee... anything hot). Nibble off two opposing corners - just barely enough to break the cookie inside. Your tim tam is now a straw: dunk one end into your hot drink and suck until you feel hot fluid coming through: as soon as you feel fluid, flip the whole thing up and into your mouth *don't delay that last step, or the chocolate will just melt in your fingers and make a mess.
The tea will soak the cookie, and begin melting the chocolate and fillings if it's one of the flavors with fillings (the caramel one is my favorite for doing this).
