Title basically. Where is the best place to watch either HD highlights or ideally live?

If you are in the UK, you can legally watch hd highlights of both on ITV4, on the ITV player. If not a VPN should work. There are a number of sites that show illegal live streams, you don't really need anything except a web browser and ad blocker.
