Steven Wilson released a new album recently and I'm digging it. His last few albums had more of an attempted pop spin on them whereas this one is two songs that go for around 20 minutes each. I don't think we'll get another Hand. Cannot. Erase. but it's good to see a turn in that direction again.

Yeah, I've only listened to the new album twice, but it already leapfrogs the last 2 or 3

I can appreciate To The Bone more now knowing he bought a Telecaster and pretty much wrote the album with it, but I love the sweeping prog albums he did earlier and with Porcupine Tree

Yeah, there's no beating the first few solo albums (and all of PT).
I think the only thing that has made me appreciate To The Bone more is the absolute garbage that came after.
