Three days into a hardcore diet change and while I know it's what I needed to do to break some bad habits... ouchhhhh... just a hurdle to get over though!
Talk to me about these changes. Sometimes it doesn't need to be hard core.
Boyo and I have decided that this time, yeah, it does need to be hardcore. We keep finding excuses to be lax and dance around the issues, so going all in together to be better supports.
It is so good to have an encouraging partner. My husband is my underpaid PT. But unless one of you has done this before with success, hardcore may not be the way to go.
I wish you all the best and I can't wait to hear your wins. โค๏ธ
We've both done is separately before with great success - and both "fell off the wagon" due to completely reasonable circumstances, so I have a good feeling about this!
Underpaid PT, I love it. I'm sure he's paid in love and karaoke! Thanks for your support, CEO!
That's the spirit! I love this energy! Go get 'em girl!
He gets paid in lunches and dinners and yes my enthusiastic Friday night singing.
your still setting the routine. It gets easier when you start to feel better from it and the habit sets in.
