This is exactly what "conservatives" do. They are always looking to point the finger, but never at themselves. They do not believe in majority rules, they want "elites" making all the decisions, like down south.

Hmm, concentration of power, versus the dissemination of power (as in proportional representation). Makes sense as to why some parties act the way they do.
