Trampling on the soul of America? Someone hasn't paid attention to American foreign policy... America was often on the wrong side of history. This is just the latest, and in my opinion one of the worst, tragedies supported by the US.

Far from the worse. USA killed like 20% of all the population of Vietnam and Korea

USA funded the killing of millions in South America, Asia, and Africa in the 50s-60s. Genocide of Native Americans, Manzanar, slavery, prison slavery, nuking japan...

It's hard to pick the worst.
