I completely misinterpreted this headline on my first read. I thought it was about a man who was afraid to inspect a bomb threat that was issued by an animal.
If my dog started talking and told me he planted a bomb somewhere, I'd be too surprised by the fact my dog can talk to do anything about the bomb.
