You idiots are so dead if there's ever a real conflict.
Probably, yeah, but there's no need to be mean about it.
No, I'm sorry, but there is absolutely a need to be mean about fetishising arson.
i dont know if its a fetish to burn fascists, but the idea of it does bring pleasure.
The people throwing these things tend to hit random things on the street they happen to be in rather than the actual fascists or their property more often than not. Protest, get rowdy and loud, try to change things...but fucking concentrate that shit on the people that deserve it and not just the random shit you see in front of you.
burning teslas and cybertrucks seemed to work pretty well at damaging the source of income and leverage for elon, tesla stock. scared the formerly indifferent or elon sympathetic owners into selling or trading away their vehicles, and gave an example on wide spread sabotage and its effects. militant or violent action has its place along side protesting when fighting fascism.
a molotov is merely a tool, much like a gun, when in the hands of a person with directed intent. if our representatives blink, and fail us in times of strife. people get creative with what they have.
it is what it is. if you feel more comfortable protesting, then do that. but there are many fronts when fighting fascism. sometimes holding signs and yelling isnt enough. change happens when they fear the alternative more than they want to achieve their goals.
if you want to target them directly, perhaps buy a gun and do it yourself, or maybe a drone with a pay load, and learn their schedules. if thats not for you, then keep organizing and protesting. its up to you how you fight it.
accidents happen, sure, but i think one side cares about "accidents" a lot less than the person throwing the molotov.
