Until January 2nd, 2025 the 'WorldNews` subreddit, with 40 million users automatically subscribed, had an 'Israel at War' livethread constantly at the top.

It would actually be incredible if Trump ends up pulling U.S. support of Israel's genocide, considering it would validate all the Palestinian-Americans who either voted for him or did not vote for Harris. I think it would also kinda melt the brains of the blue MAGAts who claimed Harris would be better for Palestine, considering she would have immediately capitulated to Israel's request like Biden did.

My sense of hope is so shriveled that I expect Trump is just playing hardball to establish himself as the one "in control" and will go back to funding Israel's bloodlust within a few weeks, but funding foreign wars does run contrary to Trump's generally isolationist policies. Sometimes even a broken clock is right, and I'd support Trump pulling U.S. support of Israel even if it was for stupid and petty reasons.

Would it really melt their brains? Trump is always out for himself, so if he's cutting contact it's certainly not out of compassion.

Uh oh, Netanjahu must have forgotten to say "Thank you"

The reality is if he does that he would have two option:

  • congress will come together to fire him ( doesn't take much only need 3 republican to pass the congress )
  • get actually assassinated by someone ( self claimed Iranian or Palestinian )
