I think this would've been better with a better aspect than "buy me" because that fits on every product. They are there to be bought.
It would've been better to use an aspect specific to Barbie, like the ideals the classic Barbie is trying to convey to specific girls. How's a girl supposed to act, how is a girl supposed to be. Reinforcing standards and expectations baked into society.
So, like, "the perfect woman" ?
Or maybe, "be a lady" ?
In the way the messages are use something short like "Be me" or something
