Anyone know how I can fix this crack/chip on my guest bathroom tub? I’m still working with builder to see if it can be covered with my warranty, but I’d like to be prepared to fix it myself if they don’t. It’s around 2 inches and located on the area where the side and bottom of the tub meet.

Given the nature of bathtubs and how they can invisibly leak until it’s moderately catastrophic, I would lean towards outright replacement.

They make fiberglass tub repair kits. (I'm guessing it's fiberglass but you may want to check). It won't look great but it's probably cheaper than a new tub shell.

Thank you! I’ll check out those repair kits.
