Dude ate 329 Twix halves or 164 (and a half) Twixes. That's one hell of a sugar overload :D
We don't know how long he's been there—could have been months
Its actually an experiment to see how long someone can survive off Twix. The administrator is simply keeping the subject entertained with this left right twix discussion.
They even encourage them by claiming their answer is always correct. Otherwise the test subject becomes frustrated and stop the experiment.
