Just another example of how our Constitution has been re-purposed for a felon rapist to wipe his ass with.

But seriously. Our Constitution is null and void at this point and nothing is being done about that. I guess Americans just aren't ready to accept that fact yet.

And the downward spiral continues.

Wasn't the constitution intended to be rewritten every X years to keep up with modern society, I seem to remember having read that in the past...

It wasn't "intended to be rewritten," but it was meant to be changed.

Your wording makes it seem like we should scrap the whole thing and start from scratch after X years.

Instead, we should be making amendments to the constitution, such as "no citizen shall possess more than Y amount in assets while children go hungry. Any excessive assets will be seized immediately and redistributed to those most in need."
