You'd think EU Simba wouldn't need to be warned to not go towards fascism, but the way it's been going lately...
The way it's been going lately is that the US is the only country which chose Trump. Don't worry about us, worry about yourself.
I mean, he wasn't running anywhere else, so yeah. I do worry about other places, because while the US plunged head-first into fascism, far-right politicians are also gaining power all over the world. Just take care not to become like us!
The far right are not gaining anything. Le Pen got beaten in France, Farage got beaten in the UK, AfD got beaten in Germany. You're on your own and we don't like you.
That's just the countries where it went not absolutely terribly. As someone who lives in the Netherlands I can absolutely tell you that we're being ruled by a fascist, and people from Italy, Turkey, Serbia, Hungary and probably a bunch of other countries I missed can probably say the same about their country as well.
History is a circle, just like Alabama family trees...
