oh yea in sga, i believe they mentioned in some interview that the aliens from the different universe was suppose to bein season 6, and the plaent builders would have more involvement in the 3rd season. because there was a minor plot build up of those "all powerful aliens".

not to mention the weir in ghost in the machine episode, foreshadowed advanced aliens race" you dont know how many advanced alien races are hiding themselves from the wraith"-weir
