He did not unconditionally support it. Given the situation he did about as best as any president could have. Which can really be seen by whats happened since trump came in. All pretense in israel evaporated. He certainly was not senile but he was old. It could be seen when he talked in that he could not speak quickly or jump around topics but what he said at least made sense compared to his opponent.
By violating US own laws in sending weapons to Israel? I though Democrats cared about laws? Or do you only care about them when it's convenient?
The laws cited are for particular situations which like it or not does not have the designations to be enforced. This is not a case of blatantly ignoring law.
The same laws were applied to Colombia, Mexico and Cambodia in the past... You are entitled to your own opinion, but facts doesn't support that position.
