That awkward moment when you almost realize that a simple LLM easily outsmarts you.
oh come off it, you didnt know about a term and you put so much pride into your "intelligence" that you cant acknowledge you didnt know about something so you just reject it as ridiculous. and seek any dubious measure like LLMs to find "proof". you're as bad as a conservative, learn to embrace new ideas. you drank the AI koolaid already, why is topology so hard? is it because there's no one saying it's wrong for you to be a contrarian to?
Your capability at projection is astounding.
So you mix the words opening and holes as is possible in common language and then proceed to be anal about the term hole in context of topology. Actually you interpreted openings as holes multiple times. Neither opening nor hole are specific terms in topology though. A scholar of topology uses the common word hole to explain the concept of e.g. an annulus or torus to a student. You probably stumbled across this, partly understood it and decided to use it to fake intellect - and failed. From then on it just got worse.
While AI/LLMs have their issues and get things wrong they can indeed be used as support tool especially for people struggling intellectually. I recommend you use it for everything as it is your superior in everything. It can even explain the difference between opening and hole to you.
