Eyewitnesses reportedly said Joss’ neighbor, who has yet to be publicly identified, shot at him several times before fleeing in a vehicle. Officers arrested the suspect a block from the residence after responding to a call of a shooting, KENS5 reports.

News is still coming out.

In most places in the developed world this would have an embarassing punch up brawl, not murder.

Handguns make killing another human being too easy for us to have in our most extreme emotional states. If we truly accept that we do not have perfect control of the universe, and thus can't control when we hit those extreme emotional states, then it would lead us to a specific conclusion about whether handgun ownership is a good idea at all.
