Largely, if things like sewer systems can keep up, I approve. Density is good for so many reasons.
Like, taxpayer per unit of road ratio. Or effectiveness of transit. Even miles of fibre (per person), or other infrastructure metrics.
I'm a big fan of this metric. Easy to understand, hard to argue with.
