that's my divorce, all the lawyers telling me that she can't do the stuff that she does.
but all I get is "she can't do that" and absolutely no one stopped her. however they kept me on the tightest leash.
Do divorce lawyers prosecute? If they don't you may have to hire someone who does to take their evidence. It could be like real estate where your agent isn't a loan expert so they can't legally give you loan advice.
