When should something no longer be considered a spoiler? In general use your best judgement. If want something more specific,

For films, wait until it's been released to streaming for at least a few weeks.
For TV shows, consider the whole season as a spoiler until the last episode of the season has aired, then wait a few weeks.

In a since-deleted viral Reddit post in the r/SnyderCut subreddit, fans laid out plans to fight "the imposter Superman." They recommended posting spoilers everywhere, review-bombing the new movie, and reserving tickets online but not completing the purchase, making seats unavailable for other people to fill. The campaign, such as it is, feels pretty deranged, but such is the attachment some people have to the older, grittier version of Superman.

Damn these people have shit for taste.

I love Henry Cavill as a person, and Man of Steel wasn't his fault, but as a life long Superman fanboy, I say with my whole chest that that movie was hot garbage. It made me angry from the very first time I watched it. It showed much disdain for the character of Superman and turned the Kents into pricks, particularly Jonathon.

And then to follow that up was BvS, which added in a new level of disrespect to Batman, who was mystifyingly portrayed as a gun-totting, prisoner-torturing killer that somehow thought he had a moral responsibility to take down Superman for his crimes/negligence, and then also disrespected the audience with that fucking "Martha" bullshit.

Whoever pines for this Snyder-verse shit is either two young and oblivious to have ever seen a quality Superman or Batman film or TV show to know better, or someone of insufferably poor taste. Either way, that fits these childish tasteless threats they're making now against what appears to be, in all liklihood, a far superior DC film universe and better characterization of Superman (I hope).

The Snyder-verse produced three pretty decent films (Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Shazam), botched each of their sequels, and made a lot of garbage besides. The one exception to the other films all being terrible was the Suicide Squad sort-of-reboot, and the Peacemaker spin off show, both of which were Gunn's projects and will be part of his new universe in some form. I'm happy to start over and see what Gunn comes up with.
