Microsoft, Google, Meta and Apple products.

Bonus round: Twitter, Amazon, Nestle, KiwiFarms, Substack, American News and we all could stand to cut out some sugar.

I don't do apple, how can I stay away from meta though?

Don’t use any of their services and delete existing accounts.

Install an ad-blocker (Firefox and uBlock Origin)

Help others to jump ship from these platforms and spread awareness of ad-blocking.

I deactivated FB years ago do I still need to delete?

I would.

Took down all my stuff. It was years ago. Obviously they have their own copy somewhere in their Ai training database…

But it felt good taking it all down.

Like no. You don’t get to have any of my stuff with my permission anymore. You get to do it the hard way and fight my ad-blocker.
