I'm trying to add discovery of new music to my self-hosted music setup. I scrobble to ListenBrainz and each Monday it creates 2 custom playlists: "Weekly Jams" and "Weekly Exploration". I want to get these imported into Lidarr so new music is available in my library.

This seems like it would be so simple, especially since ListenBrainz has a permalink to the playlist, and an RSS link to it. When I try to use the Lists feature of Lidarr, it only offers MusicBrainz lists, which isn't the same thing.

This seems like a simple gap that has to have been filled in some way, but I keep hitting walls. I just want a batch of new songs to be added each week so I can find new music I'd like. If anyone knows of a way to do this, I'd love to hear it. Thank you!

Try opening a request on lidarr's github? Or try asking a friend to do it for you if you have that type of friends :)

I would, but from what I'm hearing it's down to a single Dev and apparently the MusicBrainz DB change has kept it basically offline for weeks. I'd think my ask is very low on that list of ever getting done.

Blampe/lidarr:latest

Just found out about this yesterday, but it works and it's a simple replacement

Yes, I'm aware of this version. But that doesn't solve the original issue.

Oh, you're right. Sorry, I'm an idiot

Yeah there's bug fixes I've been following for 3-4 years that have no traction, I wouldn't hold your breath. Considering radar just got discontinued I wouldn't be totally surprised if the same happened to lidarr.
