It's the dunk tank.

Well, to start, of course we were a joint programme with contributions from China, the Winnipeg City Council, and the USSR's government-in-exile run from Venus by the seakpet cosmonauts of the Venera mission.

...buuuut funding and resources kinda dried up after the first month. Turns out, nobody cares what you dorks think and we were cut loose.
