Get me firefox on fdroid or sd maid
Firefox = Fennec on F-Droid, and there is FFUpdater on F-Droid https://f-droid.org/en/packages/de.marmaro.krt.ffupdater/
Or better yet, use Fennec.
Fennec F-Droid is based on the latest Firefox release (codenamed Fenix). It has proprietary bits and telemetry removed, but still connects to various Mozilla and Google services that can track users.

The alternative is IceCat but the build in F-Droid hasn't been updated for a long time now. I was trying to build it but was stuck in dependency hell and figuring out how to use those build scripts, and how to install F-Droid build system
I'd probably use Fennec if there was a Nightly version
