I mean the UK can't even make steel on its own anymore, so not really a high bar to pass there. And as I noted above, what they produce also matters. The war with Iran is largely about missile production, and Israel doesn't really have much capacity to do that. And the whole greater Israel fantasy isn't going to help them in the current conflict. They need current industrial capacity which neither them nor the US appear to have. We already see that there are shortages of critical things like missile interceptors, and that's just after three weeks. The rate their stocks are being used up is completely unsustainable.
how many interceptors do you think they have, and where could they source more on such a short notice?
Difficult to say what they have left at this point. Given that there is now footage showing up of Iranian drones flying around emptied out US bases completely unchallenged, I'm guessing the problem is starting to get severe. Meanwhile, there is nowhere to get more interceptors. A large chunk of them has already been drained in Ukraine over the past four years, and US has been pulling them from allies that whole time. At this point there's not much left, and the US lacks the capacity to produce them in any significant numbers.
