Found some info about the coin in Wikipedia. The text there (𐤊𐤐𐤓𐤀 kpr') is Kapara, the name of the city where this was minted, modern Soluntum. And accordingly to the fashion of a civilisation that calls its own capital "new city", Kapara means simply "village".
