The cammer states they were found liable for this somehow, which is a bit wild. It's somewhat unclear where the Jeep was going, but it looks to be turning left immediately after entering the road from the right.

They definitely seemed to be going fast on the footage, so perhaps that was the cincher for losing the fault. I can see how the Jeep could have mirror and shoulder checked and still missed this guy. That said, a left turn from the right lane is asinine. Oh well.
