We need an "accelerated animations" option for super arts (self.streetfighter)

Watching the moves play out was fun for the first month but it starts to get old after a while. There needs to be an option to skip part of the animation or play it at 2x speed in matches.

It feels like a fact of life with all fighting games now. I think most of them aren't too bad though. Maybe Honda's seems like one of the worst to me.
