Sorry; but you only make 175k a year, you don’t qualify for the mortgage on our luxurious 1 bed Coleman because you don’t have the required 500k down payment. It doesn’t matter that you can pay the 4k a month mortgage bill, it matters if have enough savings so we can further gatekeep home ownership! But while I was explaining this the home sold to an investor. Better luck next time!
