Downloading PDFs from Internet Archive? (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

So I found a book I'm looking to read on the Internet Archive after failing to find a PDF on libgen or anywhere else on a quick search, but while I could read it on the site, I find the interface annoying and I'd rather just use my PDF reader, but the book can only be borrowed for an hour at a time which means no use of the built-in download function. Is there a way to easily get a PDF of it by some other means?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I did try to find an answer but I ended up getting a lot of Reddit results on what ended up being privated subs so I figured I'd ask here.

If it can't be borrowed for 14 days then there is no luck scraping it from IA. May I ask what is the name of the book?
