Seems like it was just some lone crazy dude, there needs to be better management of the mentally ill to ensure this sort of thing can't happen. I remember there was a case a few years ago where a mentally ill man stabbed a Spanish receptionist to death at a hotel also in England.

It's so pointless and so sad.
