The first thing that comes to mind is a big plastic bin filled with burnt burgers for 4 for a dollar.

Edit: I guess I was thinking more prepared/restaurant food.

I'd expect some thrift stores to sell gallons of expired, curdled milk for the same price as the cheapest place in town, with it having been left in the sunlight before it gets put out a week after it came in.

That or just putting out decade old cans of whatever the hell they have on hand at the time and claiming it was canned last month.
