I mean… is that why it stood, it wasn’t clear and obvious? Trying to wrap my head around that not being called back.

I dont think VAR was 100% convinced it hit his arm even though it looks pretty clear when I watched it. I can not think of any other reason as to why they wouldnt call a handball
