Not that surprising, really.

The Raiders had the first Hispanic starting quarterback in the NFL, Tim Flores. First Hispanic head coach, Flores again. First African-American head coach, Art Shell.

This is just the continuation of a tradition of unhearlded color-blind hiring by the Raiders organization.
