Damn, sounds like they don't actually have the equipment to be able to properly diagnose and care for it (no x-ray machine to check if the spine is damaged).
Hopefully they can get that sorted <3
AFAIK, equipment is not a problem - they just proceed carefully, waiting for doctors' decision. I also hope for the better.
