This loss was expected TBH. Raiders fought hard to the end IMO. People saying O'Connell isn't the guy...... who you replacing him with?

Still proud of this team and the direction.

I believe in Champ Kelly and AP. Id rather have a defensive minded team and have a QB and OC that can make the most of it. Like the Mike Tomlin or Pete Carroll (Bill Belicheck too, but fuck the Patriots)
