Howcome the raiders couldnt keep rich bisaccia as the special teams coordinator still why did they have to full on fire him from being interim hc AND special teams coordinator like ig i could understand him losing the interim hc job but howcome we couldnt keep him as the special team’s coordinator?

New coaches that come in don't want to have to deal with the possibility of the players still respecting another coach more, causing new coach to lose locker rooms rather quickly.
