Howcome the raiders couldnt keep rich bisaccia as the special teams coordinator still why did they have to full on fire him from being interim hc AND special teams coordinator like ig i could understand him losing the interim hc job but howcome we couldnt keep him as the special team’s coordinator?

Why would any HC coming in want to keep that around? The guy that literally lead the team to the playoffs the year before looking over your shoulder the entire time? It's not that complicated
