This was on a bench in the neighbourhood, so I brought it home. Works great, cleaned up nicely. Anyone knows where I can get single replacement keycaps? I believe they are alps.

It's a Cirque "Wave Keyboard", model GKB330. The connectors are PS/2 for keyboard and serial mouse port with PS/2 adaptor for the touchpad. Here's the label on the bottom:
