Onions have now been aquired. Time to start on the sauce. I will need to decide whether to use the big stock pot or the really big stock pot.
if you use the really big one we can all come over and help you with the leftovers
I'm only making 36 servings, nowhere near enough to share 🤣
I will actually be canning the sauce, so this batch will last me a year or two.
