Why is this not a red card then? No attempt was made on the ball since Milner was trying to shield the ball and accidentally tripped him while doing it. It's why David Luiz was given a red card for Arsenal against Wolves in 2021. It's a stupid technicality, but I haven't heard anything about a rule change since then.
