I really need to stop buying every succulent I find cute. I am quickly running out of space, and in winter I might have to sleep outside so that all my plant buddies can stay indoors...

It's actually a type of Euphorbia - in Japan the most popular name for it is Maharaja, in English I've heard it called Elkhorn: https://succulentcity.com/euphorbia-lactea-cristata/
