My one dog would have absolutely no problem with this and completely ignore the steak, unless I explicitly gave it to her.

My other dog would chow down regardless and probably not even chew. Chewing takes too long, you know.

All food in this channel has been explicitly given to him and the command to eat has been given multiple times.... I did not dream I would have to teach a dog an eat command but here we are ..
