More than 160 Christians were killed and 500 wounded in Nigeria on Christmas Day as radical Islamic terrorists struck in several predominantly Christian villages -- killing men, women, and children.

And the self-described Satanists are the party poopers. They are a troll religion. They are just trying to troll the Christians and I find that low brow behavior. They are not trying to build anything, they are just trying to tear things down.

I’ve identified a pattern of Christian exceptionalism

Not really. A nativity scene is not Christian exceptionalism. It's just part of our culture as a country. We are a nation of Christians.

You ignore the activity of zealous Christians altogether.

I have never seen zealots and I grew up in the bible belt.

they alone can discriminate against same-sex couples

Any religion can. That is the freedom of religion and association. Most of these cases come from a bigot doing it just to irk the Christian. As I said, I don't like trollish behavior. If someone said they didn't want my money, I would gladly go somewhere else.

they want their religious icons in government buildings

Like the Supreme Court> having Mo and the 10 commandments? Not sure what you mean by their religious icons in government buildings. I have never heard of that.

nor because they want Bible study after school programs to the exclusion of other religious programs

What other religion was denied? Were the Jews, Muslims or Hindus denied?

The trolls will always lose in my book. The premise of just trying to destroy something is not a world I want to live in. Notice they admit they only it in areas where they can get attention.

As I said before, just because I don't believe doesn't mean I want to shit on those who do. Religious groups have done a lot of good in the world. Here they feed the homeless, they have shelters for the homeless, addiction help, etc.

The church of satan does none of that unless they are getting attention. Who would you rather have as your neighbor? The person who feeds the poor or the person who wants to stop that person?
